We offer a live-in care service which allows you to stay independent, happy and safe in your own home.Fully flexible and tailored to your individual needs, the service includes help with:
- personal hygiene - washing, bathing, toileting, oral and hair care
- getting around the house including getting up and going to bed
- dressing
- preparing food, meeting dietary needs
- household tasks
- social activities: maintaining links with friends and family, helping you get out and about, support with hobbies
Whatever your care needs we have a service to suit you. These include:
Care 365
Long-term live-in care allowing you to continue with you daily life in the comfort of your own home.
Respite
Respite care allows the main carer to take a break. A fully trained carer moves into the home and takes over the care for a minimum of two weeks.
Home from hospital
Short-term 24 hour assistance for adults of any age who may need support and care in their home after a hospital stay.
Fast response
An emergency care service for when your regular care arrangements breakdown. We can usually arrange a carer within 2 days for as long as you need.
Help me holiday
For those who wish to continue taking holidays but need 24 hour care and support. A carer will come on holiday and help with travel and personal care.
As well as providing a fully flexible care service, our care managers will manage and coordinate other care professionals, such as occupational therapists or physiotherapists ensuring you get the best care service possible.
